Big news for beauty lovers: Ulta Beauty, the popular US-based cosmetics chain, is officially making its debut in the Middle East, and Dubai is first on the list. Retail giant Alshaya Group has confirmed that the first Ulta Beauty store in the region will open its doors at Mall of the Emirates by the end of 2025.
Known for its diverse lineup of beauty brands — from skincare and haircare to cult makeup favourites — Ulta Beauty is a go-to destination in the US for shoppers looking to stock up on both high-end and affordable products.

Fans in the UAE already recognise some of the big-name brands carried by Ulta Beauty like Pat McGrath, Tarte, it Cosmetics, and e.l.f. While several of these names are already available in Dubai, the arrival of Ulta Beauty could also mean new-to-the-region brands making their debut:
- Colourpop
- Polite Society
- Dibs Beauty
- Peach & Lily, and more
Though the official brand list for the Dubai store hasn’t been released yet, there’s plenty of curiosity about which products might land here for the first time.

Earlier this year, in March, Alshaya Group brought yet another major global name to the UAE — Dubai’s first Disney Store, now open at Dubai Mall.
Mall of the Emirates is quickly becoming a hub for first-in-the-region international brands. Alongside Ulta Beauty, Primark is opening one of its Dubai stores there in 2026. With Ulta Beauty on the way, Dubai’s beauty scene is about to get even more exciting. Stay tuned for updates on the store’s exact launch date and full brand lineup.
