Families can look forward to snowy scenes, cheerful elves, and plenty of chances to hand over those Christmas wish lists. Whether you are in Dubai or Abu Dhabi, there are some great places to meet Santa this season.

Where to Meet Santa in Dubai
Winter Wonderland at Ski Dubai (December 1-25)
If you are dreaming of a white Christmas, Ski Dubai has it covered. The popular Winter Wonderland is back from December 1 to 25, bringing a full Santa experience to the snow-covered slopes of Mall of the Emirates.
Santa will arrive by sleigh and welcome families to his grotto, where children can share their Christmas wishes and take home a printed photo, a small gift, fleece gloves, and a cup of hot chocolate.
Younger visitors can enjoy Santa Breakfast at Ski Dubai’s North 28 restaurant, served daily from December 12 to 25. It is a relaxed way for little ones to meet Santa while enjoying a festive meal.
The Grotto Dubai from December 6
Another popular winter attraction The Grotto Dubai is also returning this year, offering another chance for families to experience the Christmas spirit and meet Santa in a cozy setting. This year, it will take place at The New Covent Garden at the Mall of the Emirates!

Winter District (December 13-28)
Winter District is popping up at its new home at Jumeirah Emirates Towers. For the third year in a row, it promises to bring a winter glow to the heart of Dubai. Kids can look forward to shows, inflatables, and meet & greet with Santa.
Sing Along with Santa at Expo City (December 20-24)
For a truly enchanting Christmas experience, head to Expo City for Carols by Candlelight. This heartwarming event will feature all-time Christmas classics like Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer, Silent Night, and Jingle Bells performed by Firdaus Orchestra.
There are two performances daily, and Santa and Mrs. Claus will make a special appearance at each show.
In addition to the carols, Expo City is hosting Winter City, an immersive winter adventure for the whole family. To enjoy both events, consider getting Al Wasl Season Pass, which gives access to all activities through May 2026.

Watch mischievous elves Holly-Berry and Pepper-Mint turn a simple gingerbread baking task into a messy, hilarious battle. It’s a perfect holiday treat for kids aged 3 to 11 and the whole family!
Where to Meet Santa in Abu Dhabi
Over in the capital, Snow Abu Dhabi at Reem Mall is going all out with its winter celebrations. From December 12 to 25, the indoor snow park will be transformed into a full festive wonderland.
Families can wander through a forest of Christmas trees, post their wish lists straight to the North Pole, and take photos in a world that feels straight out of a Christmas card. Of course, the highlight is meeting Santa Claus and his team of cheerful elves, all surrounded by real snow.
