DaBaby (real name is Jonathan Lyndale Kirk) is a popular American rapper and singer.
He was raised together with his two brothers in a simple American family.
DaBaby`s brothers as well as other teenagers listened to rap music, and he got interested in it too. DaBaby entered the University of North Carolina at Greensboro for his parents' sake but dropped out.
The rapper started his music career with his debut mixtape Nonfiction which was followed by a series of successful mixtapes.
In 2019 the singer signed a contract with Interscope and released his debut studio album Baby on Baby, and then his second album Kirk. That year was really very progressive with 22 entries on the Billboard Hot 100. There were more than a hundred DaBaby`s concerts in 2019.
In 2020 the rapper was nominated for Grammy Awards for "Suge" as Best Rap Performance and Best Rap Song.
