Born in Goa, India but raised in the UAE Esther Eden is a promising young talent that has proven time and time again that her ability will take her to new heights.
Born into a musical family with a jazz singer for a mother, she was exposed to various genres of music at a young age. Whilst she had a passion for dancing and choreography, it wasn’t until 2011, when she was 14 that a guitar, gifted from her father, truly ignited her passion for music. Teaching herself how to play the instrument Esther also went on to learn the piano and ukulele.
Edens’ big break came when UK popstar Jessie J came to her school and young Esther performed ‘Is This Love’ for the superstar. Jessie J then invited Esther to perform at her concert in Dubai later that evening and since then Eden has seen regional success.
Following that night, Esther Eden has been on various radio stations, featured in magazines and newspapers across the region and made an appearance on Dubai One TV. The success didn’t end there, however, as in 2015 Esther signed a deal with Universal Music MENA, releasing her debut album Solitaire a year later.
Eden also received a nomination for the Emirates Woman Award in 2016 in the Young Achiever’s Category. Undoubtedly, Eden has established herself as a seriously talented act in the Middle East and will continue to have a vibrant career in the future.
