Tariq Al Ali is a comedian and actor known in Kuwait and far beyond it. His full name is Tariq Hmod Al-Ali.
He was born on January 18, 1966 in Jahra. Tariq was raised together with his brother Sami Al Ali by his mother only because his father had died before the boy was born.
Tariq Al-Ali started his career in 1983 by taking part in theatrical performances, movies and TV series. His first play was Court Judge in 1983. But the breakthrough in his career as an theatre actor happened after he had performed in the play Hello Bangkok in 1988.
His first role as an film actor was in the movie Adnan and TV series The Three Adventurers in 1986.
During his career he has been playing in a lot of successful films and TV shows, including Alfalta, Hallo Kayro, Sulaiman Al Tayeb, Hatha Waladna, Tawwel Balak.
