  • José Pizarro described as The Godfather of Spanish cuisine in the UK

  • Hattem Mattar, the world’s first Arab pitmaster, the first Dubai taste maker, the first culinary ambassador to the UAE Embassy in Washington DC
  • Fred Casagrande, the UAE Live Fire BBQ Champion.
  • Jenny Morris, a celebrity chef who hosts her own shows on Food Network, and is the creator of a number of restaurants
  • Richard Sandoval, the world’s most prolific Mexican chef who runs 60+ restaurants in 4 continents
  • Joseph Nesbitt-Larking who runs the lunch service at the Michelin-starred Hegel Eins in Stuttgart, Germany
  • Cameron Lamb, an award-winning Head Chef at Cake-Boy in London
  • Tarek Ibrahim, a television celebrity, an award-winning and internationally renowned Master Chef, a successful restaurateur
