Parking in DAMAC Hills now comes with a fee after Parkin introduced a new paid parking zone in the community under Code 676H. Drivers visiting the neighbourhood will now see signboards marking the designated areas. Charges apply from Monday to Saturday between 8 AM and 10 PM.
Here’s the full parking rate breakdown for Zone 676H:
- 30 minutes = AED 2
- 1 hour = AED 4
- 2 hours = AED 8
- 3 hours = AED 12
Frequent visitors and residents of DAMAC Hills can apply for a subscription. Prices for Zone 676H are:
- 1 month = AED 300
- 3 months = AED 800
- 6 months = AED 1,600
- 1 year = AED 2,800
In 2026, paid parking was also introduced in the following areas of the city: Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC), Wasl Village, Dubai Maritime City, Palm Jumeirah Crescent, Discovery Gardens, and International City.
