A new landmark is on the horizon for Sheikh Zayed Road. The upcoming Jumeirah Residences Emirates Towers, developed by Meraas under Dubai Holding Real Estate, will introduce 754 branded residences to one of Dubai’s most sought-after addresses.

The project extends the legacy of the original Emirates Towers, now with a residential focus. One-bedroom units start at AED 3.5 million, and the development is set for completion by 2030.

Designed by SCDA Architects, the twin towers will feature a striking cantilevered architectural form. Residents can expect:

  • A private entrance beneath the cantilever
  • A double-height lobby, garden courtyard, and resident lounge
  • Three exclusive sky terraces with infinity-edge pools, landscaped seating, and open-air entertainment spaces
  • Views overlooking Downtown Dubai and the Museum of the Future
  • Interiors designed to prioritise privacy and high-end service standards

According to Khalid Al Malik, CEO of Dubai Holding Real Estate, the project “represents the evolution of Dubai’s luxury living landscape” by combining Jumeirah’s renowned hospitality with modern design.

This project joins a series of major residential developments reshaping Dubai’s skyline. Also on the way are Akala Hotel & Residences, a twin-tower development situated between Downtown Dubai and DIFC, and the 80-storey Trump Tower, a towering addition to the city’s ever-growing list of mega projects.
