Pickl has rolled out a new seasonal special that’s as bold as it is unexpected: The Boujee Bird Sando. Available for a limited time until August 31, this unusual sandwich pairs fried chicken with ice cream — and it’s only available for dine-in.

On the plate, you’ll get a crispy fried chicken fillet stacked with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, a drizzle of hot butter honey, and all of it tucked inside a toasted potato bun. The result is a sandwich that plays with contrast: hot and cold, sweet and spicy, soft and crunchy, all at once.

The heat level is customisable, ranging from mild to reaper hot, for those who prefer a fiery kick. This creation is priced at AED 45 and is currently being served across all Pickl branches in the UAE, Qatar, and Bahrain.

It’s part of the brand’s ongoing streak of inventive specials designed to stand out, even in 45°C heat.

For those in Saudi Arabia, Pickl recently expanded to Riyadh with two dine-in outlets — one in AlNakheel Mall and another at U-Walk — bringing its signature burgers and creative drops to even more fans in the region.
