The first Etihad Rail passenger station in Fujairah has just been revealed, giving us a first look at what’s ahead. A video from the official visit shows a modern, bright station with big windows letting in plenty of natural light and sleek, clean design.
One of the features highlighted in the video is a gold-and-black robot that provides information on a touchscreen. There are also ticket vending machines where travelers can buy tickets, both printed and digital, which include QR codes for easy access to the platform.
Passenger services will start in 2026, with the first phase connecting Abu Dhabi, Dubai, and Fujairah.
Once fully operational, the network will link 11 cities. You can read more about Etihad Rail project with all timelines and details here.
