Drivers in Dubai now have new paid parking zones to keep in mind. Dubai’s largest public parking operator, Parkin PJSC, has expanded its network across key areas of the city. In early November 2025, four new parking codes in Dubai Sports City, Dubai International Academic City, Dubai Studio City, and Dubai Outsource City were introduced. Revolut, the UK-born digital bank known for fast international money transfers and modern financial tools, is entering the UAE market. The company received in-principle approval from the Central Bank of the UAE for its stored value and retail payment services, clearing the way for a regional launch. Dubai is preparing to add yet another striking structure to its skyline — this time in the form of one of the world’s thinnest residential towers. Set to rise along the Dubai Water Canal, the project, called Muraba Veil, will be a 74-floor tower with a width of just 22.5 metres (73 feet) — essentially, one apartment wide. BurJuman Mall, one of Dubai’s most well-known shopping destinations, is set to introduce a ticketless paid parking system. This change follows similar upgrades at other major malls like Mall of the Emirates, Deira City Centre, and Dubai Mall.
