The rooftop restaurant in Al Satwa is turning some of the city’s most familiar street food flavours into a six-course chef’s table experience inspired by the real taste of Dubai.
The tasting menu includes dishes inspired by the most beloved flavors: shawarma, Malabar paratha, Chips Oman, pani puri, and karak. Guests experience them as part of an intimate rooftop dinner that celebrates the dishes woven into the city’s everyday life.
Chef Solemann Haddad received the MICHELIN Young Chef Award Dubai in 2022. He was born and raised in Dubai, and created this tasting menu at Moonrise based on the multicultural flavours and food memories connected to growing up in the emirate.
