Platinumlist Membership
Terms and Conditions
The following Terms and Conditions govern the Platinumlist Membership service (“Platinumlist Membership”), which is provided by PLP Events, LLC (“Platinumlist”, “we”, or “us”). These Terms apply to all individuals (“Users”, “you”, or “your”) who access or use the Platinumlist website (Platinumlist.net) or the Platinumlist mobile application available on iOS, Android, or other supported platforms (collectively, the “Platinumlist Platform” or “Platform”).
Where the Platinumlist Membership is offered to users in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates these Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable laws and regulations of the selected jurisdiction laws.
By subscribing to the Platinumlist Membership, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, together with Platinumlist’s Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and any additional policies or notices that may apply (collectively, the “Platinumlist Terms”).
The Platinumlist Membership is a subscription-based service available in the United Arab Emirates and provides Members with selected benefits, including early access to tickets and discounts on selected events, made available exclusively through the Platform.
1. Membership Fee & Renewal
1.1 To become a Member, you must subscribe to the Platinumlist Membership and pay the applicable fee displayed the Platform, inclusive of any applicable taxes such as VAT, where required by law. (“Membership Fee”).
1.2 The Platinumlist Membership renews automatically based on the selected plan (monthly, six-months, or yearly), provided that you have given your explicit consent to auto-renewal at the time of subscription, unless cancelled through the Platform prior to the renewal date.
1.3 The Membership Fee will be charged to the payment method selected during the registration. If a payment fails, Platinumlist may attempt to collect payment using any alternative payment method explicitly authorized and stored in your account. The renewal period remains aligned with the original renewal schedule.
1.4 Platinumlist reserves the right to approve or decline any Membership application at its reasonablesole discretion and in accordance with applicable laws. .
1.5 You may receive communication relating to your Membership regardless of notification preferences.
1.6 Trial or promotional Memberships may be offered from time to time and are governedare governed by these Terms otherwise stated.
1.7 Platinumlist will make reasonable efforts to notify Members prior any changes to the Membership Fee. Continued use after renewal constitutes acceptance of the renewed charges, s. where required by applicable law, your explicit consent may be obtained prior to applying revised fees.
2. Membership Cancellation & Refunds
2.1 You may cancel your Membership at any time through your account settings. Cancellation must occur atoccur at least twenty-four (24) hours before the auto-renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period.
2.2 Upon cancellation, your Membership will not renew, and you will continue to receive Benefits until the end of the current paid period.
2.3 If you cancel a six-month or yearly prepaid Membership, you are entitled to a pro-rata refund for full unused calendar months remaining after the cancellation date. Any partially used month is non-refundable. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to payment processor requirements. This clause is subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights under applicable law.
2.4 Monthly Membership fees are non-refundable once charged, including for partial months, except where a refund is required under applicable consumer protection laws. unless otherwise required by applicable law.
2.5 No refunds will be issued where Benefits have been misused or abused, or where Platinumlist terminated the Membership in accordance with Section 3. Any restriction on refunds shall not apply where prohibited under applicable laws.
3. Benefits
3.1 As an active Member, you may receive access to certain benefits (“Benefits”), which may include:
Early access to tickets for selected events, as a Membership Benefit, subject to availability and event organizer terms
Exclusive discounts or special pricing on selected tickets
Members-only offers or experiences, were applicable
3.2 Any applicable discounts will be clearly notified to Members on the Platform at the time of browsing or purchasing eligible tickets.
3.3 All Benefits are subject to availability, event-specific terms, and organizer conditions, and are offered at Platinumlist’s discretion.
3.4 Platinumlist reserves the right to amend, remove, introduce Benefits at any time, subject to reasonable notice where the change materially affects the Membership. . Updates will be reflected on the Platform.
3.5 Platinumlist does not guarantee the availability of any Benefit for events or at all times.
3.6 Eligible Benefits will be applied automatically at checkout where applicable.
3.7 Memberships and Benefits are non-transferable unless expressly permitted by Platinumlist.
4. Suspension & Termination
4.1 Platinumlist may suspend or terminate a Membership or delete a user account if determines, acting reasonably and in compliance with applicable law, at its sole discretion, that the Member has engaged in fraud, harassment, abusive behaviour, provided false or misleading information, violated these Terms, or breached applicable laws or regulations.
4.2 Where fraudulent activity is identified, Platinumlist may notify the affected account prior to deletion, where appropriate and permitted by law. No prior notice is required where security, legal compliance, or Platform integrity is at risk.
4.3 Platinumlist may terminate a Membership in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws. with or without notice where permitted by law. Where termination occurs without fault by the Member, Platinumlist may issue a pro-rata refund shall be provided for any unused period. at its discretion.
5. Indemnity & Limitation of Liability
5.1 You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Platinumlist and its affiliatesd from claims, losses, damages, expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Platform.
5.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Platinumlist disclaims all warranties relating to the Membership and Benefits and shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
5.3 Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Membership is to discontinue use of the service, to the extent permitted by law.
5.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion is not permitted under applicable laws.
6. Data Protection
6.1 Platinumlist processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws of the United Arab Emirates, including the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL), where applicable, and Platinumlist’sits Privacy Policy.
6.2 Consent to Personal Data Processing
By creating an account or subscribing to the Platinumlist Membership, you expressly consent to the collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal data by Platinumlist for the purposes of providing the Membership services, processing payments, delivering Benefits, communicating with you, improving the Platform, and complying with legal obligations, in accordance with applicable data protection laws of the United Arab Emirates and Platinumlist’s Privacy Policy.
7. General Terms
7.1 These Terms remain in effect until the Membership expires or is cancelled.
7.2 All Intellectual Property Rights in the Membership service belong to Platinumlist, or its licensors.
7.3 You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and safeguarding your account credentials.
7.4 Platinumlist’s failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver.
7.5 Platinumlist may update these Terms at any time. Where required by applicable laws, you will be notified in advance of material changes. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
7.6 Notices and communications will be provided through the Platform, email, or in-app notifications.
7.7 Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, agency, or employment relationship.
7.8 Platinumlist is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
7.9 These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the selected jurisdictionUnited Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to, and the selected Dubai courts have exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts, .unless otherwise required by applicable laws.
7.10 In case of conflict, these Membership Terms prevail over general Terms of Use regarding Membership functionality.
7.11 In the event these Terms are translated into Arabic, the Arabic version shall prevail in case of conflict, where required by applicable laws.
8. Support & Communications
8.1 Members may contact support through the help or contact features available on the Platform.
8.2 Members are responsible for keeping contact details up to date.
8.3 Platinumlist is not responsible for communications not received due to incorrect or outdated information.
