Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions govern the Platinumlist Membership service (“Platinumlist Membership”), which is provided by PLP Events LLC (“Platinumlist”, “we”, or “us”). These terms apply to all individuals (“Users”, “you”, or “your”) who access or use the Platinumlist website “Platinumlist.net” or the Platinumlist mobile application available on iOS (iPhone, iPad), Android, or any other compatible mobile platforms (collectively referred to as the “Platinumlist Platform” or “Platform”). By subscribing to the Platinumlist Membership, you confirm your acceptance of these terms along with terms and condition of service for customers, privacy policy, and any additional policies, conditions, or notices that may be in effect or introduced in relation to your use of the service (collectively, the “Platinumlist Terms”).
The Platinumlist Membership is a subscription-based service available in the United Arab Emirates. It provides registered members (“Members”) with various exclusive perks, which may include an early ticket access and discounts on selected events, and fast-track entry at certain venues. You acknowledge and agree that the Membership benefits will be accessible solely through the Platinumlist Platform.
1. Platinumlist Membership
Membership Fee & Renewal
1.1. To become a Member, the User must subscribe to the Platinumlist Membership and pay the applicable fee displayed on the Platinumlist Platform (“Membership Fee”).
1.2. The Platinumlist Membership will automatically renew based on the selected planmonthly (30 days), 6-month, or yearly. unless the Member cancels the Membership through the Platform prior to the renewal date.
1.3. The Membership Fee will be charged to the payment method you selected during the initial registration. In the event that the transaction fails, or the chosen method is no longer valid or active, Platinumlist may attempt to collect payment using an alternative method stored in your account. By subscribing, you confirm that you are authorized to use any payment method linked to your Platinumlist account. Please note that the new membership term will align with the original renewal schedule, not the date on which payment is successfully processed.
1.4. Platinumlist reserves the right to approve or decline any membership application at its sole discretion.
1.5. You may receive emails or other forms of communication relating to your Platinumlist Membership, regardless of your notification preferences.
1.6. From time to time, we may provide select users with trial periods or promotional memberships. Unless otherwise specified, such offers are governed by these Terms. Trial members may at any time, choose not to continue to pay for the membership by cancelling the membership through their account.
Membership Cancellation
1.7. You may cancel your Platinumlist Membership at any time by visiting your account and adjusting your membership settings. The membership cancellation must be done at least 24 (twenty-four) hours prior to the auto-renewal date in order to avoid being charged for the following month.
1.8. Upon cancellation, your membership will not renew for the following period; however, you will continue to enjoy all membership Benefits until the subscription expiry date of the paid month.
1.9. If you cancel a 6-month or 1-year prepaid Membership, you will be entitled to a pro-rata refund for all full unused months remaining after the cancellation date. The current month during which the cancellation is made will not be refunded under any circumstances, regardless of whether the Membership Benefits were used.
Benefits
1.10. As a Member, you will gain access to a range of benefits and privileges as defined by Platinumlist and made available through the Platform. These benefits and privileges (collectively referred to as the “Benefits”) which include:
• Exclusive discounts and special prices on selected ticketsAll Benefits, including any early access, fast track entry, or ticket discounts are subject to the applicable terms and conditions of the relevant event and are offered at the sole discretion of Platinumlist.
Platinumlist reserves the right to amend, remove, or add to the Benefits at any time. These changes will be communicated and reflected to the Customer on the Platinumlist Platform.Benefits may differ depending on the event and the participating event organizer. We recommend reviewing the details displayed for each event to see which Benefits apply.
1.11. If you are an active subscriber, eligible Benefits under the Platinumlist Membership will be automatically applied at the time of purchase, provided the selected tickets qualify for those Benefits.
1.12. Platinumlist Memberships and any associated Benefits are non-transferable and may not be assigned to other users, customers, or any third parties, unless expressly permitted under these Terms.
2. Termination
2.1. Platinumlist may terminate the Membership at our sole discretion without notice.
2.2. Platinumlist reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Membership at any time if we believe, at our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms, committed fraud, or breached any applicable law or regulation.
2.3. Platinumlist may also suspend or terminate your Membership if we determine that it has been misused, abused, or used in a way that is inconsistent with its intended purpose or in a manner that harms the integrity of the Membership program.
3. INDEMNITY AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
3.1. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Platinumlist, its affiliated entities, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from and against any and all claims, losses, liabilities, damages, expenses, or costs that arise directly or indirectly from your breach of these Terms or from any actions you undertake in connection with your use of the Platform. Platinumlist reserves the right, but is not obligated, to assume exclusive control and defence of any matter subject to indemnification by you, at its own cost. Should this occur, you agree to provide full cooperation and assistance in the defence of such claims.
3.2. Platinumlist does not warrant or make any representations regarding the use or the results of the use of the Platinumlist Membership Service or in linked sites in terms of their correctness, accuracy, timeliness, reliability, or otherwise. Platinumlist will not be responsible for errors or misstatements or be liable, whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, for any loss or damage however caused, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, consequential, special losses, or loss of profits. By using the Platinumlist Membership Service, you waive and release any claims against Platinumlist related to any statements or representations made on the platform. Your only and exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with the service, or any dispute with Platinumlist, its affiliates, or any of their respective directors, officers, employees, shareholders, or agents, is to stop using the Platinumlist Membership Service.
3.3. To the fullest extent allowed under applicable law, Platinumlist disclaims any responsibility or liability related to the Benefits and does not make any warranties—whether express or implied, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability or suitability for a particular purpose. Platinumlist does not guarantee that the Platinumlist Membership Service will function without interruptions or errors, that any defects will be fixed, or that the service or the server it runs on will be free from viruses or harmful components.
3.4. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify Platinumlist, along with its officers and employees, for any costs, losses, or damages arising from third-party claims resulting from your breach of these Terms. You also acknowledge that this limitation of liability and your obligation to indemnify will extend to Platinumlist’s affiliates, including its parent and subsidiary companies.
4. Data Protection
Platinumlist processes and stores personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and its Privacy Policy. By using the Platinumlist Membership, you acknowledge and agree to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
5. General terms
5.1. These Terms will take effect from the date you purchase your membership plan and will remain in force until the plan reaches its expiry date or is cancelled in accordance with these terms.
5.2. All intellectual property rights in the contents of the Platinumlist Membership Service are owned by Platinumlist, its affiliates, or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.
5.3. You hereby agree to maintain and promptly update all of your identifying information and any other information you provide to Platinumlist, to keep such information accurate, current, and complete, and to promptly notify Platinumlist regarding any material changes to information or circumstances that could affect your eligibility to continue to use the Platinumlist Membership Services or the terms on which you use the Platinumlist Membership Services.
5.5. You agree to keep your Platinumlist account password confidential and secure, and you accept full responsibility for any activity carried out with your permission under your account. If your password is lost, stolen, or if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, you must notify us immediately and update your password without delay.
5.6. You agree to fully cooperate with Platinumlist, as permitted under applicable law, including by responding in writing to any questions or providing information necessary to support any internal investigation or inquiry carried out by Platinumlist.
5.7. If Platinumlist chooses not to enforce any part of these Terms strictly at any time, this shall not be considered a waiver of its right to enforce that provision or any other part of the Terms at a later time.
5.8. Platinumlist may update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. By continuing to use the Platinumlist Membership Service after changes are made, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms, which will replace all previous versions. We recommend reviewing the Terms regularly to stay informed of any updates.
5.9. The headings used in these Terms are provided for convenience only and shall have no impact on the meaning or interpretation of the provisions contained herein.
5.10. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, void, or unenforceable for any reason, that specific provision will be considered separate and will not impact the validity or enforceability of the remaining Terms.
5.11. Our failure or delay in exercising any right under these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of that right, and we reserve the ability to exercise it at any time in the future.
5.12. All notices and other communications under this Agreement shall be in writing through communications to the Platinumlist email address shown on the Platinumlist Platform.
5.13. Your use of the Platinumlist Membership Service and these Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and regulations of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. You agree that the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates shall have exclusive jurisdiction over these Terms.
5.14. These Platinumlist Membership terms form an integral part of Platinumlist’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. In the event of any conflict between these terms and the general Terms of Use or Privacy Policy in relation to the Membership functionality, these terms shall prevail.
